What does "all-inclusive" mean exactly?

We believe you should focus on mission-critical objectives, rather than worrying about à la carte charges. Our simple, per person rate includes a private meeting studio staged to support your agenda; collaborative technologies; creative work tools and supplies; healthy meals, snacks, and beverages; and even service charges and taxes. We do offer other Work Hospitality™ services—like digital data capture and meeting facilitation—at an additional charge. To learn more, contact your Sales Consultant or call (800) 605-9092.

How early can we arrive? How late can we stay?

Meetings & Events are offered Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. Early morning, evening, weekend sessions are available upon request. Meeting organizers and facilitators are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your session. We stage your room in advance, so please contact your Sales Consultant or call (800) 605-9092 should you require earlier access. We can receive advanced shipments within reason.

I’m arriving the day before the meeting. Where can I work?

Day Passes offer access to Workspring’s common areas, speedy wifi, unlimited snacks and beverages, basic printing, and more. Simply check-in with a Workspring Host upon arrival. If you require more privacy, please call (800) 605-9092 to reserve a meeting studio.

What technology is available?

Each meeting studio is equipped with integrated, user-friendly technology that allows you to control your meeting experience. We offer a variety of technology, from Steelcase’s award-winning media:scape digital displays to robotics, projectors, in-room audio and temperature control systems, presentation mics, and more. HD video conferencing is also available, at an additional cost. Your Sales Consultant will help you understand and select the technology that best supports your agenda.

Do you provide tech support?

Workspring’s highly trained staff—and on-call specialized support services—can help you with nearly any tech issue!

What other supplies are included in the meeting studio?

In addition to in-studio technology, we equip your team with all the creative tools—from pens and paper to sticky notes, whiteboards, inspirational books and games, and much more—to make your event a success. Please contact your Sales Constant if your team requires specific supplies.

What does Workspring offer for breakfast and lunch? Can we select our menu?

Breakfast and/or lunch, snacks, coffee, tea, soda, and juice are included with every half- and full-day session. With a desire to provide nutritional variety and a commitment to sustainability, Workspring provides rotating breakfast and lunch selections. We can cater to special dietary needs and allergies with advanced notice and accommodate other requests when possible. We will happily provide a sample menu to give you an idea of the types of healthy, satisfying meals we proudly serve.

Can we bring our own food or catering?

We’ve worked with nutritionists and caterers to provide healthy, fresh, and energizing food and beverage selections throughout your workday. On occasion, we make exceptions to this policy. Please contact your Sales Consultant or call (800) 605-9092 to discuss your unique situation.

What time is breakfast served? Lunch?

Before your session, we’ll discuss the meal time(s) that work best for your group. We can also help craft and communicate an agenda that drives effectiveness, energy, and wellbeing.

How do you handle special dietary needs?

We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies with advanced notice. We want everyone on your team to have delicious, satisfying, and appropriate meals during your meetings.

What other concierge services do you offer?

Workspring offers light concierge services to help ease your work day. We can assist with printing boarding passes; arranging transportation to and from the airport; making dinner, theater or event reservations; and more. We also love to celebrate the important moments in life! Please let us know if you (or members of your team) are enjoying a birthday, work anniversary, promotion or other event.

When can I arrive?

Most meetings begin at 8:00am or 1:00pm, Monday-Friday. If you are unsure of your session’s start time, please contact your meeting organizer or call (800) 605-9092. If you arrive a few minutes early, check in with a Workspring Host; we will offer you a beverage and a seat in our Welcome Area.

Is there a place to store my luggage?

Absolutely. In addition to purpose-built storage spaces within your meeting studio, we also offer lockers (with built-in locks) and complimentary bag check.

What’s the best way to travel between Workspring and the airport?

Workspring is conveniently located in Chicago’s Central Loop, and is easily accessible by public transportation, taxi or ride-sharing apps. We can also arrange for private transportation. Call (800) 605-9092 or click here for directions.

Is there a place to print my boarding pass?

Yes, simply ask a Workspring Host.

I have a conference call scheduled during the meeting. Can I reserve a room for this?

Workspring offers complimentary access to Phone Booths just for this reason! If you need help locating an open Phone Booth, please speak to a Workspring Host. If you require a space for multiple participants or a long period of time, please speak with your meeting organizer to reserve an additional meeting studio.

I have a special dietary restriction or allergy. What food is available?

Ideally, your meeting organizer or facilitator has already alerted us to any special dietary considerations. However, if your needs were not relayed, please speak with a Workspring Host upon arrival. We will do our very best to ensure that you enjoy a delicious, satisfying, and appropriate meal.

I need access to a Mother's Room.

With an open workspace, floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, and varying meeting studio availability, this is not always possible. However, we will do our best to help you make appropriate arrangements. Please speak with your meeting organizer or call (800) 605-9092.

What does Team Space at Workspring include?

Workspring supports dynamic teams (of 4-12 people) with short- or long-term private workspaces. Your group will also enjoy access to common areas, speedy wifi, collaborative technology, creative tools and supplies, printing, unlimited snacks and beverages, mail and notary services, guest reception, discounts on Meetings & Trainings, invitations to special events, and more. When can we work?

Workspring is open Monday-Friday, 7:30am-7:00pm. Although we thoroughly encourage a healthy work/life balance, extended hours may be arranged in special circumstances.

Where can we store our stuff?

To ensure your privacy and the security of your belongings, each Team Space is equipped with an electronic door lock. We also offer individual lockers (with built-in locks) and complimentary bag check.

Will we receive special pricing on Meeting & Training spaces?

What is the guest policy?

We know that collaboration drives your business. We welcome your guests and escort them to your workspace upon arrival. If visitors require access to the common areas or Phone Booths, please obtain a Day Pass from a Workspring Host; if you are hosting a large group, please reserve a Meeting Studio.
