How Dynamic Workspaces Amplify Productivity

The wisest mind has something yet to learn – George Santayana

At Workspring, it’s part of our culture to be continually observing, learning, and sharing insights. So we were excited when a co-written article by Workspring’s Managing Director, Danielle Galmore, was recently published in the book Unleashing Workforce Potential: Accelerating EXTRAORDINARY Business Results. This book contains lessons learned from the Executive Learning Exchange’s (ELE) network of executives and thought leaders.

Dirk Tussing, founder of ELE, prepared the collection of lessons focusing on unleashing workforce potential. This is the 2nd year ELE has collected best practices for publication.

“Many of the best practices I have seen mature over the years at our annual conferences,” Tussing says about the evolving knowledge of the organization. “The experience has been awesome, as many of the best practices and benchmarking collaboration have been in-person over the years. Now, we can reach a worldwide audience for business and learning leaders to purchase online and through bookstores around the globe.”

In these curated brief essays, Galmore and Amy Dordek Dolinksy of Uptick collaborated on an essay titled Dynamic Workspaces Amplify Productivity, where they highlight the increasing empowerment knowledge workers are given to work where they want outside of the traditional office. They also discuss what employers, and employees alike, have to gain from this movement within corporate America.

The entire essay by Galmore and Dolinksy and the full collection of essays can be purchased via Amazon.

Never let your thirst for learning be quenched!
