Workspring has chosen not to renew its lease in downtown Chicago. It has been our team’s pleasure to provide thousands of training, brainstorming and strategizing experiences to companies across the globe, and we are grateful to all of our customers. Last week, we brought the Workspring experience to TED2014: The Next Chapter in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This annual conference attracts a dynamic roster of speakers and a forward-thinking audience ready to immerse themselves in “ideas worth spreading.”
Workspring—and Steelcase, our parent company—are longtime supporters of TED, fully invested in transforming its event spaces and attendees’ experiences. This year’s conference was held in a pop-up theater furnished and designed by Steelcase in conjunction with the Rockwell Group and Nussli. This custom, semi-circular space is already influencing notions of what conferences should look like and how they can best support intimate experiences for both speakers and attendees.
