Workspring

Our pricing is based on the studio of your choice plus a per person rate. Sessions include access to shared spaces, a healthful meal, snacks and beverages, technology services, and other meeting supplies. Please call our studios to speak with a Workspring Team member! We will be happy to provide consultation, discuss your meeting needs, give you an estimate, and guide you in shaping your session.

Studio 1:	Fosters mobility and immersive content sharing. Capacity: 4–8 Size: 18' x 21', 380 sq. ft.
Studio 2:	Supports a variety of activities—easily tailored. Capacity: 8–16 Size: 23' x 24', 550 sq. ft.
Studio 3:	Supports digital content sharing on side-by-side displays. Capacity: 3–6 Size: 14' x 16', 225 sq. ft.
Studio 4:	Encourages conversation and informal collaborative exchange. Capacity: 2–4 Size: 12' x 16', 190 sq. ft.
Studio 5:	Configurable as a singular space or for sub-teams. Capacity: 12–24 Size: 20' x 33', 660 sq. ft.
Entire Space:	This includes all 5 studios and common areas. Capacity: 30-50 Size: 5000 sq. ft.

If you would like to reserve a studio for a full week, please give us a call and we
can accommodate your requests. Nonprofit organizations qualify for special
pricing.

It can be a challenge to contain the energy of collaborative exchange, but we do
ask that you be aware of our session start and stop times. If you wish to continue
a morning session into the afternoon, or an afternoon session into the evening,
we will do our best to accommodate. If the space is available, additional session
time may be purchased at $35 per person per hour.

For afternoon or evening sessions where beer and wine are offered, a charge of $20 per person will apply, plus a single $150 fee for bar-tending service, which is required by state law.

Deposits:

* All Studios require non-refundable room deposit upon confirmation of holding room(s).

* Full-space, events + multi-room reservations: Non-refundable deposit required upon confirmation of holding space.

Cancellations: There are no charges for cancellation, provided you notify us by 8am the day before your scheduled session. Otherwise we’ll charge you only for direct costs we’ve incurred related to the sessions you are canceling. Why would we charge you the full amount? We haven’t had the opportunity to serve you yet.
