Away we work
If you reserve the entire facility or book a meeting room for a full week, our rates and rental packages demonstrate our appreciation for your business with bonus inclusions. Our per person pricing is all-inclusive. Nonprofit organizations qualify for special rates.
It can be a challenge to contain the energy of collaborative exchange, but we do ask that you be aware of our session start and stop times. If you wish to continue a morning session into the afternoon, or an afternoon session into the evening, we will do our best to accommodate. If the space is available, additional session time may be purchased at $35 per person per hour.
*For sessions that offer beer and wine, we are required by state law to include bartending services. A fee of $150 will apply to afternoon or evening sessions where alcohol is served.

The Long Day
One day, three sessions, morning through evening.

$420 per person for first 4 people ($140 x 3)
The Overnighter
Three sessions, starting in the afternoon and continuing through the next day’s morning session.

Three Days Away
Morning and afternoon sessions for three consecutive weekdays. Six sessions total.
Bonus: The sixth session is free.
$700 per person for first 4 people ($140 x 5)
Five Day Stay
Morning and afternoon sessions for five consecutive weekdays. Ten sessions total.
Bonus: The tenth session is free, and on one of the five days, we'll provide a special evening social event.
$1260 per person for first 4 people ($140 x 9)
Weekend Retreat
Rent the entire space for Saturday morning and afternoon sessions—all five studios plus social spaces.
Bonus: We'll provide a special social event on Friday evening.
$7000 for up to 50 people
The Big Event
Rent the entire space, including all five studios plus social spaces, on a per
session basis.
$3500 per session for up to 50 people
The Lone Wolf
Individual bookings are available for social spaces only, weekday mornings and
afternoons.
$80 per person per session

After 10 paid sessions, the next one you book is free. Planning to hold a number of meetings at Workspring? Purchase a quantity of sessions in advance, and enjoy further benefits.
Deposits: None, except for booking The Big Event.
Cancellations: There are no charges for cancellation, provided you notify us by 8am the day before your scheduled session. Otherwise we’ll charge you only for direct costs we’ve incurred related to the sessions you are canceling. Why would we charge you the full amount? We haven’t had the opportunity to serve you yet.
