Enjoy our community spaces, then step inside and make yourself at home in your private meeting room. Comfort and security come first with ergonomic seating and in-room storage for coats and bags. French doors afford direct access to natural light and views of Chicago’s changing seasons.
Teamwork is enhanced with advanced digital technology including wireless Internet access, web conferencing tools, and large format digital displays. Document printing and digital projection are both made extremely easy. Paper, pens, Post-its™ and other collaborative tools are generously and readily available.
Meeting room lighting can be adjusted to complement changing activities: select from a range of schemes designed to support everything from digital projection to social interaction. Large studios have environmental microphones that allow high fidelity mobility—preventing the need to gather around a central speaker.
All work studios are equipped with Springboards, layered movable planes of tackable and writable surfaces that encourage teams to create, share, and rearrange content to build new ideas. Keep information posted and materials stored for the duration of your visit, be it a single session, a day, or a week.
